Entrepreneurial thinking, talent empowerment and community spirit embody the Uspire Agility Code, and we will bring this bursting to life in London on Wednesday 19th October 2022.
Created to support leaders navigate the #VUCA fog (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) the Agility Code empowers the emerging talent in organisations and gives them, and their leaders, the licence to leverage their contribution. It is a fascinating combination of agility, liberation and togetherness that produces smarter, faster, and kinder leadership
To demonstrate the code we're thrilled to present Bonita Norris as our headline speaker for the day - a real pioneer, who by demonstrating an enviable agility and perseverance has achieved quite remarkable things.
Bonita Norris was the youngest person ever to reach both the summit of Everest and the North Pole. Bonita will share the attitude and mindset she honed on her journey to Everest and on the mountain itself. She will also speak of how great team-ship is fundamental to success - supporting and elevating teammates to realise their potential.
We also have a fascinating line-up of Zillennial (Millennial/Gen Z) guest speakers, all fizzing brain cells and sparkling ideas, who will demonstrate the Agility Code through their truly eye-popping stories of ingenuity and innovation- inspiring you to adapt to any challenge with your new-found agility.

Some timings for the day
The morning session of the Agility Code starts at 10am when we will welcome Bonita Norris to share her incredible story of fearless risk-taking combined with a healthy obsession to go that little bit further.
We expect to break for a networking lunch at about 12.30pm when you will get the chance to mix and network with senior leaders from businesses such as Big Bus Tours, Bettys and Taylors, Birdseye, Costco, Edwards Lifesciences and Montezuma’s Chocolates.
The afternoon session will start at 1.30pm when we will meet our Entrepreneurs and get the chance to demonstrate the agility lessons learnt from the morning session.
We will wrap up at about 4pm, after which everyone is invited to unwind after the day's activities and join us for a fabulous adventure around London with a Big Bus tour of the capital's iconic landmarks and attractions. We will leave Mary Ward House at 5pm and return by 6.50pm, taking in the history of the Tower of London, and marvelling at the majestic detail of Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
