Jonathan is a founding partner of the Uspire and has worked internationally for more than 30 years, in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia Pacific. He uses this experience to design learning solutions for global businesses. Jonathan has a background working in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Jonathan is our lead consultant for developing negotiation capability. As a trainer, Jonathan designed the Uspire’s negotiation programmes, e-learning and Apps.
A Chartered Systems Engineer by profession, Jonathan is a member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply, with a degree in Engineering and an MBA from Henley Management College.
Jonathan brings his experience to his work with commercial teams, helping them to understand negotiation thinking and behaviour. This is then harnessed into robust negotiation plans. 10 years experience working on Grocery and Wholesaler account negotiations across the UK & Ireland.
